Terms and Conditions
- Reception between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM – the event ends at 2:00 AM.
- For groups larger than 15 people, a deposit of €25 per person is required upon reservation.
- The number of guests can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours in advance) or no-show, €60 per absent person will be charged.
- A full table can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. After that, the deposit will be retained.
Photos during our events:
During events, photos and video recordings may be taken and used for Waerboom’s commercial and promotional purposes. By participating in the event, you agree to this, unless you explicitly indicate otherwise in advance or on-site.

Adolescent between 12 and 16 years old: €105
Children under 12 years old: €45
Children under 4 years old: €10

Spirits, cava, and champagne not included
